All original materials, text, architecture models, and proprietary methodologies presented on this website are the intellectual property of Jose Robles, unless explicitly marked as open-source software under an open-source license (such as MIT or Apache-2.0) in associated public repositories.

3. Disclaimers & Professional Boundaries

The information and public evidence packs published on this website are provided for illustrative and technical informational purposes. Specifically:

• Technical risk reviews, audit packs, and architecture notes do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or formal regulatory compliance certification.
• Public open-source evidence packs demonstrate evaluation methodologies and tooling; they do not imply endorsement by or final commercial verdicts regarding the reviewed open-source projects.
• Any engagement is governed by the terms in section 5 and, except for the 90-minute Diagnosis, by an individual written proposal agreed by both parties.

5. Terms of engagement

• Prices: as published for each service, excl. VAT. VAT depends on the customer (21% in Spain; reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid VAT number; no Spanish VAT outside the EU) and is itemised on the invoice.
• 90-minute Diagnosis: paid in advance when booking; written note within 2 business days after the session. If within the first 30 minutes you decide it is not useful, we stop and you get a full refund. If you cannot attend, the session is rescheduled at no cost with 24 hours' notice.
• Other services (feasibility study, technical risk review, fractional engineering): scope, schedule, deliverables and payment terms are set in a written proposal before work starts.
• Right to withdraw: services are aimed at businesses and professionals. If you contract as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of contracting by writing to jose@josedrobles.com. If you ask for the service to start within those 14 days, you do so with your express consent: you will pay for the part already provided and, once fully provided, you lose the right to withdraw (art. 103.a of the Spanish consumer protection act, TRLGDCU).
• Liability: liability for each engagement is limited to the amount paid for it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and the use of this website are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Spain.
